Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are elsewhere and would love a bottle, write to us at info@frangipani-us.com — we keep a list for when that changes.

Rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50.
Below $50, the exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; the tracking link always has the latest.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email a photograph with your order number within 7 days and we will replace it. If tracking shows your parcel as lost or stalled, get in touch and we will take it up with the carrier for you.
