Returns

If something is not right, write to us at info@frangipani-us.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will walk you through the return.

Because our oils are personal-care products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded, for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Return shipping is arranged and paid by you; we recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.
• Sets and bundles must be returned complete.
• Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Depending on your bank, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days of being issued.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us a photograph with your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you — no need to send anything back unless we ask.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the unused item and place a new order once the return is on its way.
