When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days, and you will get a tracking email as soon as yours ships. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $50.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will catch it if we still can.
Something arrived damaged.
Send a photograph with your order number and we will replace it. Glass and travel do not always agree, and that is on us, not on you.
Do you sell wholesale, or work with stockists?
We do. Tell us about your shop — where you are, what else you carry — and we will send our wholesale terms.
